• Conduct continuous technology scouting across optical fiber, photonics, CPO, AI data center infrastructure, and adjacent domains • Track technology maturity and evolution to inform structured innovation roadmaps • Develop forward-looking scenario analyses mapping technology trajectories to AFL’s portfolio using different frameworks (e.g. “Four Future” positioning) • Represents AFL at Key Industry events and conferences as well as lead AFL’s participation in different forums such as MSA, IEEE, etc. • Develop and maintain innovation roadmaps with quarterly refresh cycles • Translate research findings into strategic recommendations on technology positioning and investment prioritization • Deliver executive-ready insights to guide long-term portfolio development • Align long term innovation plans with immediate Product/solution development initiatives • Own the long-term technology development pipeline, maintaining a multi-horizon view (3-5+ years) of technologies advancing toward strategic and commercial relevance for AFL • Identify and evaluate adjacent market opportunities aligned to AFL capabilities • Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, and strategic fit assessments for specific technologies • Produce structured opportunity assessments to support investment decisions • Define and apply screening criteria (strategic fit, market timing, technology readiness, profit pool potential) to ensure the Innovation and Emerging Technologies and Scale-Up resources concentrate on the highest-value opportunities • Author white papers, trend briefs, ESG-aligned insights, and market analyses • Establish AFL as an industry thought leader through research-driven content • Build and manage strategic technical partnerships including MSAs, JDAs, and academic collaborations • Maintain partnership pipeline visibility and engagement tracking • Collaborate internally and externally to expand the innovation ecosystem • Feed the discovery process with qualified innovation candidates supported by business case summaries • Maintain a pipeline aligned to strategic priorities and readiness • Partner cross-functionally to transition insights into execution pathways • Maintain funnel health metrics and visibility — pipeline volume, conversion rates by stage, and time-in-stage — reported through the IET operating cadence

• Establishes the architectural patterns, evaluation practices, and deployment standards for the team • Makes framework and model recommendations that set the foundation for how the team builds — evaluates orchestration frameworks, selects deployment patterns, trains and fine-tunes models, and determines where managed platforms end and custom build begins • Translates proposed business solutions into technical plans — defines product life cycles, prioritizes the backlog, and breaks initiatives into buildable work • Owns solutions end-to-end: technical planning, architecture, build, deploy, and the monitoring that keeps them honest in production • Builds the monitoring, evaluation, and regression detection systems that keep production agents reliable — including logging, performance benchmarking, and feedback loops that surface drift early • Partners with data governance to ensure solutions meet compliance, data quality, and operational standards

• Design, develop, deploy, and support integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) using file-based, REST, SOAP, database, Salesforce and several other adapters. • Design, develop, and manage APIs (REST/SOAP) for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid integration scenarios. • Perform design, unit testing, performance tuning, and implementation of both real-time and batch integrations. • Build and maintain error handling, auditing, scheduling, monitoring, and alerting for OIC integrations. • Apply thorough knowledge of Mapping, Lookups, End point connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages, and other OIC platform features. • Assess current integration landscapes across Oracle EBS, and third-party systems and recommend improvements. • Define and establish best practices for integration layers, API management and governance, error handling, monitoring, and scalability. • Leverage pre-built integrations, pre-built adapters, database adapters, connections, and SaaS applications in delivered solutions. • Perform routine configuration updates and enhancements to existing integrations. • Design, develop, document, test, and implement solutions and extensions to the Oracle EBS R12 suite, including Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules and Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, QA, MRP). • Apply solid working knowledge of Oracle R12 architecture, SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Developer 10g toolset, Linux, Oracle Workflow Builder, BI Publisher, and OA Framework toolsets. • Lead design sessions with IT leadership and business stakeholders; provide recommendations on standardization and performance optimization. • Consistently demonstrate sound software development practices following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology. • Abide by prescribed standards and procedures designed to guarantee compliance with key control objectives (e.g., JSOX).

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines • Build scalable data ingestion frameworks for structured and semi-structured data (SQL, APIs, flat files, streaming sources) • Develop transformations using Synapse SQL, Spark (Synapse/Fabric), or Dataflows Gen2 • Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and cost efficiency • Develop and manage solutions leveraging: Azure Synapse Analytics (dedicated & serverless pools) • Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Engineering experiences) • Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 • Implement medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers) where applicable • Collaborate with architects to design scalable data platform solutions • Design and implement MDM integration workflows with Reltio • Build and maintain pipelines to ingest, synchronize, and publish master data • Work with business and data governance teams on: Data quality rules • Matching and survivorship logic • Golden record management • Integrate Reltio with downstream analytics and operational systems • Implement data validation, cleansing, and lineage tracking • Ensure compliance with governance policies and standards • Support auditing, monitoring, and alerting for data pipelines • Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders • Participate in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) • Mentor junior developers • Contribute to coding standards and best practices • Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule for production data pipelines and platforms • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues

• Administer and optimize the DSPM platform (Cyera); drive data discovery, classification, and risk prioritization across cloud and on-premises environments. • Administer and operate the DLP platform (Proofpoint); create, tune, and maintain policies to prevent unauthorized data movement. • Investigate and respond to DLP incidents; work with information owners and business stakeholders to resolve and remediate. • Collaborate with Security Analysts to correlate data security findings with broader security investigations and incidents. • Design and implement a data classification schema and labeling program. • Define and maintain data security policies and procedures. • Build metrics and reporting to communicate program health and risk reduction to leadership. • Partner with legal, compliance, and IT teams to align data security controls with business requirements. • Support audits and regulatory requirements related to data protection. • Contribute to disaster recovery planning and exercises with technology teams.

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and driving sales and commercial strategies for a defined territory. • Serve as the strategic account manager for pre-identified large and complex customers and appropriate Sales Channels within the defined territory. • Develop and execute an annual sales strategy and define and implement a sales action plan for customers. • Grow AFL’s general test equipment market penetration. • Continuously develop and modify account strategies to support AFL's business objectives. • Provide leadership, management, and support to established sales channels (agents, distributors, etc.). • Provide strategic direction in defining new business development opportunities and distribution strategies designed to achieve business objectives. • Ensure that customer needs are identified and supported, and that performance targets are set and measured. • Work across functional areas to ensure customer expectations are met. • Coordinate company executive involvement with customer management. • Manage and maintain a safe working environment by following AFL EHS policies. • Territories include Austria, Finland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland.

• Work in close partnership with the Manager Oracle Services, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Business Process Owners, Developers, and End Users, to optimize and automate supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial business processes specific to the Oracle application • Play a critical role in identifying opportunities to add business value, pursue improved or new technology functionality, and drive the maximum level of standardization of business processes and technology across the entire corporation • Plan, design, test, and deploy efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes • Develop business cases, gathering detailed business and systems requirements and user stories/journeys • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments • This position requires 20% domestic travel and 5% international travel.

• Manage the Site Acquisition process in the Seattle area. • Support the Site Acquisition process and help manage the contracts/leases of the selected sites. • Negotiate real estate development transactions, from beginning to end including strategy development, business term negotiation, and support full legal negotiation. • Act as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team in developing growth strategies for specific markets. • Implement a strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, tax, etc.). • Understand the technical requirements of engineering teams and develop solutions that meet the design and business targets. • Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management team regarding progress, financial approvals and overall deal costs / benefits. • Provide management for multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously. • Deliver lease and permit approvals for multiple sites for network integration. • Obtain permits, approvals, and entitlements from local/municipal, state, and federal government. • Secure entitlements and leases, municipal approvals, civil reviews, utility coordination, liaison with landlords, property owners, and developers.

Develop thought leadership content and white papers on energy topics, collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical accuracy, and analyze content performance to enhance engagement and lead generation.
