Pricing Manager
Commence
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for government contracts • Analyze cost data and ensure compliance with government pricing requirements • Establish and maintain standardized pricing for Commence’s software and services • Provide support during the proposal development process • Prepare detailed price proposals and narratives in response to government solicitations • Research and analyze competitor pricing strategies and contract awards • Facilitate pricing data calls to Commence subcontractors • Evaluate financial risks associated with proposed pricing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal pricing
- In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including FAR, DCAA guidelines, and CAS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex pricing concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in developing federal pricing proposals for CMS, VA, DHA, and other health focused agencies
