• Own full-cycle recruiting for Commence's Public Sector Growth Team from sourcing through contingent offer • Proactively source passive candidates using direct outreach, Boolean and X-ray search, AI-powered searches, referrals, and an established personal network • Build and maintain talent pipelines of functional and technical personnel with federal health IT experience • Grow a network of experienced professionals with specialized experience rooted in CMS, VA, DHA, and other health agencies • Map talent against Commence's growth strategy and active pipeline, flagging candidates who align with where the company is heading • Screen and qualify candidates against contract and proposal requirements, including labor category fit, clearance status, certifications, and past performance relevance • Monitor market trends, including competitor hiring patterns, compensation movement, clearance supply, and skill set availability • Support proposal staffing by identifying candidates against solicitation requirements on proposal timelines • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline reporting for visibility into bench depth

• Oversee Project Control activities, including project setup, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition support, and financial performance monitoring within Deltek Costpoint. • Manage the FP&A process, including annual budgeting, reforecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, program performance, and leadership reporting. • Oversee Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate billing, cash application, and collections. • Lead and manage IDR financial activities, including tracking, reconciliation and resolution in coordination with customers and internal teams. • Ensure accurate customer and project setup to support billing, revenue recognition, and contractual requirements. • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to improve visibility into project and company performance. • Establish, document, and maintain financial processes and internal controls related to Project Control, AR, IDR, and FP&A. • Monitor compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable federal regulations. • Support audits by preparing schedules, reports, and documentation, and serving as a key point of contact for financial inquiries. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce risk. • Lead, mentor, and develop team members across Project Control, AR, and IDR functions. • Support ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and leadership initiatives as needed.

• Help establish dedicated interoperability ownership within the Data & Analytics organization. • Serve as the technical authority on healthcare data exchange standards, designing integrations across EHR systems, federal health agencies, commercial payers, and health information exchanges. • Own the data modeling work required to map source health data structures into FHIR US Core and OMOP CDM for research and analytics use cases. • Design and implement FHIR R4-compliant APIs and integration pipelines across EHR systems, federal payers, and commercial health clients, ensuring conformance to requirements. • Own HL7 v2.x message processing and EDI X12 transaction pipelines from architecture through production support. • Build and maintain federal and commercial health data pipelines aligned to the CMS Interoperability Final Rule and Da Vinci Implementation Guidelines.

• Lead the creation of high-quality, detail-oriented design across marketing campaigns, events, web, and sales collateral. • Balance creativity, strategy, and execution to ensure designs reflect the brand and support business goals. • Collaborate with the Director of Brand Experience, Marketing Lead, and cross-functional teams. • Create high-quality concepts and polished final assets for social content, campaign creative, sales materials, and web pages. • Translate project goals and creative direction into clear, compelling visual solutions tailored to specific audiences and channels. • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts by developing targeted, on-brand designs for high-visibility accounts. • Communicate clearly with project owners and collaborate effectively throughout the design process. • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep creative fresh and forward-looking. • Contribute to dynamic multimedia content that supports marketing initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in VA disability benefits adjudication and federal program analysis • Translate deep regulatory knowledge of VA disability rating criteria into structured business logic for AI model training and validation • Evaluate evidence sufficiency across VA disability claims • Support federal program delivery activities • Define and operationalize the regulatory and evidentiary definition of Ready for Decision (RFD) across targeted VA disability condition types • Produce a condition-by-condition RFD Criteria Reference Guide mapping evidentiary requirements to 38 CFR Parts 3 and 4 and M21-1 adjudication standards • Review and validate AI-generated determinations against the claim file or synthesized data; assess accuracy, reasoning quality, and correct identification of missing or incomplete development • Review AI-compiled medical records and generated assessments for completeness and validity against applicable rating criteria • Translate VA rating knowledge into structured business logic suitable for AI model training and workflow validation • Maintain a running Edge Case Log documenting claim scenarios where AI determinations are incorrect or incomplete, with specific regulatory citations • Provide ad hoc SME consultation on condition-specific standards, regulatory updates, and claims development pathways throughout program delivery.
