Telecom Bid & Pricing Manager
Utilities One Group
- Manage the full RFP/bid lifecycle for telecom opportunities, from opportunity qualification through pricing, proposal development, and final submission; - Develop cost estimates, pricing models, and commercial proposals based on project scope, technical requirements, and business objectives; - Analyze technical requirements, project documentation, and customer specifications to define scope, identify risks, and ensure solution alignment; - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, operations, procurement, finance, and legal) to develop accurate, competitive, and timely bid responses; - Ensure proposals comply with customer requirements, contractual obligations, and internal governance and approval processes; - Track submitted bids, support customer clarifications and negotiations, and ensure a smooth handover to project delivery and contract management for awarded projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Finance, or a related field preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal management, pricing, or commercial operations within the telecommunications or infrastructure industry;
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, network deployment, and construction environments (OSP, wireless, fiber, civil, engineering, or related scopes);
- Experience preparing RFP/RFQ responses and supporting telecom carriers, network operators, or enterprise clients;
- Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional teams and meeting tight deadlines;
- Strong analytical, pricing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• The Pricing Analyst gathers and interprets financial and operational data to develop pricing models. • Support the pricing effort on pursuits under the direction of the Manager of Pricing • Analyze source documentation, historical performance data, and input from Subject Matter Experts. • Prepare and substantiate bills of material (BOMs) and bases of estimate (BOEs) for review. • Support solicitation analysis by identifying gaps and ambiguities in customer scope. • Develop and maintain pricing models with complex cost and revenue structures. • Support structuring of pricing to contract requirements. • Support cost and price analysis of subcontractor and vendor proposals. • Gather market research data as directed. • Compile and analyze financial performance. • Prepare financial models and presentation materials for Program Managers and Senior Management. • Extract, trace, and validate data from company ERP and business systems as needed. • Other duties as assigned.
