Fragile is bringing customers the freedom to bring products into their lives, live with them on their own terms, and evolve their access as their needs change. This is an opportunity to shape how tens of thousands of Americans first encounter and understand a new category. You’ll own the surfaces that drive acquisition, including: - E-commerce product pages - Landing pages - Pricing communication - Paid creative - Lifecycle assets - Launch materials Your work will translate strategy and unit economics into pages that are clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused. You’ll work quickly and deliver consistently. You should be comfortable producing variations, responding to direct feedback, and refining based on results. You’ll collaborate closely with our finance and GTM teams, as well as external partners, and will be expected to turn business constraints into effective execution under tight timelines. Figma proficiency is the only technical requirement. We encourage the use of AI tools aggressively for rapid iteration and exploration. Full-time and in person at our Mission SF headquarters is preferred, but we’re open to remote and part time roles for this position. Reach out to anna@fragile.co with questions. • Lead experimentation and product growth initiatives across multiple Ruby Labs products by designing, managing, and scaling high-impact testing and optimization programs. • Define and institutionalize a company-wide experimentation framework covering hypothesis generation, prioritization, test design, validation, and knowledge management. • Establish structured growth roadmaps aligned with company objectives, product lifecycle stages, and market opportunities. • Oversee CRO, growth, lifecycle, and research functions to ensure consistent testing velocity and measurable impact. • Ensure statistical rigor, data integrity, and methodological excellence across all experiments. • Maintain exceptionally high quality standards for all tests, including strong attention to UX, visual design, messaging, and brand consistency. • Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose performance issues and design effective growth solutions. • Translate data insights, user research, and behavioral analytics into well-designed, high-quality experimentation initiatives. • Continuously analyze key growth and unit economics metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARPU, retention curves, and conversion rates. • Establish best practices for experiment documentation, learning management, and institutional knowledge sharing. • Foster a culture of structured experimentation, craftsmanship, and high performance across all growth teams. • Present insights, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Build and optimise landing pages to support paid advertising campaigns. • Monitor, analyse, and improve website performance, including user experience, speed, and conversion rates. • Manage SEO initiatives, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and content structure. • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and heatmap software to identify growth opportunities. • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies. • Optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs, including ROAS and CPL. • Build and manage email marketing flows, including welcome sequences and re-engagement campaigns. • Develop and maintain a content calendar across website and social media.
