Medical Director – Part-Time

• Lead the exploration, prioritization, and development of new metabolic health offerings and longevity protocols. • Serve as the clinical source of truth for Legal and Compliance regarding company and practice matters. • Partner closely with the CEO, the Chief Medical Officer, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Medical Advisors to align clinical innovation with organizational goals. • Evaluate and maintain high-level clinical relationships with external partners, such as pharmacies, diagnostics and care solutions that are or will be part of the formulary and care protocols of Found Health. • Generate clinical perspective documents to guide new offerings. • Ensure all clinical designs maintain high standards of care and medical safety while enabling a seamless user experience. • Provide the "clinical blueprint" for the Product team, while collaborating with the AMD and Clinical Ops Lead on the implementation of technical requirements. • Evolve Found training programs for clinicians to ensure they can deliver differentiated, consistent, and high quality care to our patients. Partner closely with the Product team to lower barriers to access and find creative ways to deliver a delightful user experience. • Accountable for creation and adoption of all Clinical Practice Guidelines (CGLs). • Accountable for performance of all clinicians, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality standardized care experience to all patients, adherence to Found company and clinical guidelines, and maintaining a high quality, cost effective practice in line with industry standards. • Oversee the Associate Medical Director in their management of Clinical Quality (e.g., chart audits) and the creation of provider education. • Drive the overall practice-wide adoption of clinical guidelines and protocols.
Legal Operations & Contracts Manager – Part-Time

• Serve as primary point of contact for external counsel across multiple firms (cooperating directly with the CEO) • Review and approve legal invoices; analyze spend and cooperate with CEO on an intermittent basis • Coordinate legal meetings and route questions to appropriate counsel • Draft and negotiate consulting agreements, separation agreements, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements • Review, issue-spot, and redline incoming contracts, flagging key risks • Manage contract templates (NDAs, MSAs, BAAs) and DocuSign execution process • Coordinate board meetings and draft board resolutions for equity grants and material agreements • Maintain corporate records and bylaws • Work with Carta on stock plan administration and equity documentation • Triage and address legal inquiries across the organization, escalating when needed • Manage legal email inboxes and registered agent communications • Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes and implement tools (e.g., CLM system) • Provide paralegal support including litigation holds, document management, and tracking filing deadlines • Monitor FDA enforcement actions and regulatory updates for telehealth and compounded medications • Coordinate litigation matters and insurance claims with external counsel • Partner with People Ops on employment agreements and contractor arrangements • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical Operations, and IT/Security
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager

• Own pre-purchase lifecycle. • You design canvases, build segments, QA push/SMS/email, manage suppressions, and obsess over deliverability. • Set up the measurement framework. • Use AirOps, Claude, and other AI tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, segmentation, and QA. • Work with Product and Clinical on launch comms (new medications, new states, new offerings). • Fair-balance messaging, medication disclosures, and platform-policy-safe language. • In months 6–12, take on onboarding (Day 0–60), adherence and side-effect support, 28-day refill cadences, and save/retain motions.

Data Analytics Director
