Program Coordinator
BioScript Solutions
• Coordinate and manage all aspects required in order to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients • Acting as the Primary point of contact for physicians to enroll patients into a NavieGo managed program • Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with assigned clinics and physicians • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician' offices and healthcare professionals for reimbursement solutions • Coordinate with dispensing pharmacy and injection training sites once funding has been obtained • Assisting physicians and/or their staff to complete all relevant Patient Support Program forms • Acting as the main resource for NavieGo to request missing or additional information from respective offices • Responding promptly and professionally to physician enrolment requests • Responding proactively upon NavieGo’s request for patient reimbursement renewals.
Job Requirements
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
- Ability to handle a high caseload in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer/client service experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
- Professional/courteous telephone manner
- Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience in a reimbursement role is a strong asset
- Experience in biologics will be considered an asset
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Role Description Wellness Coordinators function in a non-clinical capacity responsible for providing care coordination or administrative support to providers with behavioral health and substance abuse needs. They will also provide administrative support to the Behavioral Health Case Management department through assigning referrals, providing chart summaries, and verification of member demographics. Schedule: Monday through Friday a 40-hour work week between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in Eastern Standard Time Location: Remote nationwide must be willing to work in EST hours.
