• Processing rebate applications and responding to calls and emails from potential customers • Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files, and correspondence • Payment processing • Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality • Export predesigned reports • Attend staff meetings and other program support • Complete special projects • Call Center service experience (Preferably)
Job Requirements
- Located in central time zone (ideally in Mississippi or Louisiana)
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
