Job Description

Senior Staff Technical Program Manager

Fanatics, Inc.

• Take a context-driven approach to driving technical programs by developing a deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming’s goals and desired outcomes. • Drive and improve effective incident response protocols company-wide. Lead post-incident retrospectives, with an aim at teaching others how to fish, to ensure consistent root cause analysis and follow-through on all preventative actions. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, inside and outside of Engineering, and collaborate with leaders to prioritize technical efforts that will move forward our operational excellence and incident management programs • Communicate, develop, and implement a data-driven strategy, approach, and roadmap for technical program management needs. • Remain current on technology and trends in engineering.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of TPM experience
  • 10+ years of working directly w/ Software Engineering Teams
  • Experience managing SRE or SRE-Similar programs with a goal of creating Reliability and High Availability through scale.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SRE principles, Operational Excellence Engineering best practices, and software development lifecycles.
  • Strong technical background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and enterprise software.
  • Experience managing large scale development efforts using various tracking tools (ex. Confluence/Jira)
  • Experience reviewing logs or using telemetry tooling for understanding hot spots in the system.
  • Experience with many SDLC Methodologies
