• Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end member lifecycle, analyzing how members engage from eligibility through ongoing care • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve member engagement by analyzing member behavior, uncovering friction throughout the lifecycle, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that shape product, marketing, and operational priorities • Partner closely with cross-functional leaders to define success metrics and measurement strategies for new initiatives • Evaluate the effectiveness of product enhancements, engagement campaigns, operational improvements, and member experience initiatives, helping teams understand what changed, why it changed, and whether to scale, iterate, or pivot • Support a culture of experimentation by identifying opportunities to test new ideas and continuously improve the member lifecycle • Own and professionally manage the Member Growth Analytics scope, driving prioritization based on strategic business objectives and member engagement goals • Serve as the primary analytics partner for cross-functional Member Experience initiatives and working groups, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and executive stakeholders • Ensure projects are effectively scoped, professionally managed, and consistently delivered on time, providing proactive communication on priorities, progress, and risks • Thrive in an evolving environment, using sound judgment to answer important questions even when data, processes, or requirements are imperfect • Balance analytical rigor with pragmatism, identifying the best available approach while clearly communicating assumptions, limitations, and opportunities for further investigation • Partner closely with Product and Data Engineering to recommend enhancements to data collection, instrumentation, metric definitions, and analytical processes that improve our ability to understand and optimize the member lifecycle

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of employee benefit implementations for smaller clients • Define employee benefit scope, objectives, and deliverables • Utilize software to manage and monitor comprehensive project plans and track progress • Identify launch risks and issues, implementing strategies for a successful launch • Communicate implementation status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders • Provide ongoing support for active clients regarding member eligibility files and benefits documentation • Document all client interactions, issues, and resolutions • Provide feedback to product and operations teams

• own end-to-end payroll administration and processing • ensure payroll accuracy, reconciliations, tax coordination, reporting, and year-end activities • identify opportunities to improve payroll efficiency and reduce operational risk • own day-to-day administration of benefit programs • coordinate open enrollment, life events, vendor relationships, employee education, and benefit deductions • administer FMLA, state leave programs, ADA coordination, paid leave programs, and vendor relationships • build a trusted partnership with Finance to ensure payroll accuracy, reconciliations, budgeting support, audits, and financial reporting • manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, carriers, leave administrators, and other vendors • continuously improve workflows, standardize processes, document SOPs, reduce manual work, and leverage technology • partner closely with Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, Security, Data & Analytics, and business leaders • produce payroll, benefits, compliance, workforce, and operational reporting to support informed business decisions

• design, implement, and maintain security controls and practices across the organization • partner closely with Engineering, DevOps, IT, Compliance, and the broader Information Security team to identify risks and strengthen security posture • lead application security initiatives including architecture reviews, threat modeling, code reviews, and penetration testing coordination • integrate security controls and testing into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines • partner with development teams to remediate vulnerabilities and improve secure coding practices • champion secure design principles across web, mobile, API, and cloud-native applications • support implementation and operation of security testing tools including SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets detection • perform and facilitate threat modeling exercises to identify potential attack vectors and prioritize risks • conduct risk assessments and provide actionable guidance to reduce application-level security risk • communicate risk findings clearly, balancing technical detail with business impact • design, implement, and maintain security controls across cloud, infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems • evaluate and implement security technologies that improve organizational security posture • support identity and access management initiatives, including authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls • assess cloud environments for security risks and recommend remediation strategies • assist with security investigations, incident response activities, and post-incident reviews

• Assess and diagnose patient needs and presenting symptoms via phone or video • Review and confirm patient medical history, current medications, medical conditions, and allergies • Order labs, imaging, and/or refer to an in-person specialist when further care is necessary • Analyze lab/imaging results and clearly communicate any next steps to the patient via follow-up appointment • Prescribe medications when necessary • Advise patients on appropriate screening guidelines and evaluating risk for certain conditions such as cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome • Manage patients with conditions including hypertension, type II diabetes, prediabetes, obesity, anxiety, and depression • Assist patients in managing women’s and men’s health concerns, and advise on lifestyle regimens such as proper nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction • Maintain accurate patient records and encounter notes • Operate as part of a care team to ensure patients are cared for in a timely, efficient manner

• Oversee the daily operations of a provider-facing support team • Ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and professional service to healthcare providers and practice staff • Serve as a key liaison between providers and internal teams, driving service excellence, issue resolution, operational performance, and continuous improvement • Supervise, coach, and develop Provider Support Representatives • Monitor performance, quality, and adherence to service standards • Support onboarding, training, employee engagement, and retention initiatives • Oversee provider scheduling support activities, including appointment coordination • Ensure effective support for provider inquiries, technical issues, care coordination, and operational requests • Monitor service levels, workflow performance, and turnaround times • Prepare performance reports and recommendations for leadership

• help drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support across the business • partner with business leaders • build scalable forecasting and budgeting processes • prepare management reporting • improve financial visibility as the company continues to scale • assist in planning and coordination of annual budget timeline and coordination with business leaders • develop annual Budget models based on historical financials and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), market and economic conditions and company strategies • create financial projections, and act as key business partner in supporting investment and management decisions • build and maintain financial models to support revenue forecasting, headcount planning, expense management, cash planning, and scenario analysis • prepare monthly reporting and key metrics reporting analysis for senior leadership and Board of Directors • provide insights into actual performance versus budget and forecast, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers • assist with headcount planning, including hiring forecasts, compensation modeling, workforce reporting, and department-level expense planning • develop and improve dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial tools that increase transparency and accountability across the organization • collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate reporting, accruals, expense classification, and variance explanations • partner with department leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, IT, HR and Operations to manage budgets, track performance, and provide financial guidance

• build and lead the operational backbone of our data organization • own the full data product lifecycle from ingestion through consumption • lead our data engineering teams (Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture), our reporting function, and a flexible contractor capacity deployed against our highest-priority data initiatives • partner across the business to enable the data each team needs to do their work • work in close partnership with our Analytics & Data Science team • own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our data platform • define and maintain data products across our Bronze/Silver/Gold architecture • manage the handoff protocol from Analytics • build and operationalize a data governance framework • champion a culture where "trusted data" is a non-negotiable standard • oversee internal and customer-facing reporting • establish review and QA processes that give stakeholders confidence in every number they see • architect and evolve the Gold layer as the primary consumption layer for AI, ML, and product use cases • lead and develop an internal team plus flex contractor capacity
