Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, M.Ed., Organizational Leadership, etc.) preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing people managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in coaching and developing people leaders, not just individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing training programs and professional development plans.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a strong understanding of service delivery and relationship management.
  • Ability to translate vision into strategy and strategy into action.
  • Skilled in succession planning, team scaling, and organizational design.
  • Experience in building followership by leading through change, ambiguity, and growth.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a balance of empathy and accountability.
  • Proficiency in workflow management, resource allocation, and project prioritization.

Vous conduisez les activités d’un service de 13 agents et de prestataires externes intervenant dans des locaux constitués en majorité de laboratoires de recherche en biologie, chimie et physique.
