• Provide on-site technical support through installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, qualification, and repair of Agilent and multi-vendor system solutions. • Support hardware, software, networking products, operating systems, and related applications while ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. • Diagnose and resolve equipment, system, and product performance issues in a timely manner. • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and service activities to ensure reliable operation of customer systems. • Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, Research & Development, and other cross-functional teams to provide effective customer solutions. • Conduct technical training, maintenance seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for field engineers and customers. • Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

• Install, service, and maintain Accuray products. • Provide remote and on-site diagnostics prior to repair services. • Engage in required product and quality training locally and/or abroad. • Solve hardware and software problems of varying scope and complexity. • Self-manage schedule and work priorities to ensure urgent customer requirements are addressed promptly. • Train customer on-site personnel with respect to maintenance and service activities.

• Complete installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on assigned instruments • Diagnose technical problems across multiple complex instruments • Manage customer issues from start to resolution or escalation • Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain accurate inventory • Follow all regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet business goals

• Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site.  - Install and configure automation equipment, sensors, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and control systems.  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.  - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.  - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.  - Prepares evaluation reports, analyzes discrepancies, makes recommendations for and initiates improvements procedures and operational processes that improve productivity/ quality and reduce flowtime.  - Troubleshoots and repairs complex electrical/electronic problems with equipment, networks, PC logic controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and external Input/Output (I/O) devices.  - Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HSE requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment.  - Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and code compliance.  - Respond to urgent service calls and resolve system impairments.  - Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support when required.  • Inspection & Testing of safety devices          • Perform routine inspections and functional testing of fire alarm and life safety systems.          • Complete inspection/change outs reports accurately and submit documentation in a timely manner.          • Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.          • Install, program, and commission fire alarm systems, including panels, detectors, notification appliances, and related hardware
