• Define art direction systems for healthcare and consumer electronics: lighting logic, camera language, material behavior, composition, color control, use-context, screen treatment, packaging hierarchy, and product readability. • Direct work across medical devices, personal care technology, diagnostic products, wearables, smart home devices, appliances, accessories, packaging, and connected hardware. • Review renders with a trained eye: reflection control, plastic response, metal finish, glass behavior, edge definition, lighting falloff, screen glow, shadow language, scale cues, and compositing. • Work with CGI artists, 3D generalists, technical artists, retouchers, producers, and client teams to move from brief to image without losing the product’s truth. • Help shape production approaches that can generate many controlled outputs from a single product asset or scene setup. • Be responsible for the visual quality bar across projects that often involve multiple teams, markets, formats, and stakeholders.

• Manage the CEO’s calendar across internal operations, enterprise client meetings, hiring conversations, and strategic planning. • Coordinate scheduling, travel, meetings, and operational follow-through while maintaining clarity across stakeholders and priorities. • Prepare agendas, organize materials, and ensure day-to-day execution runs smoothly during high-volume periods. • Anticipate operational issues early and proactively resolve blockers before they escalate. • Handle correspondence, documentation, contracts, and administrative workflows with accuracy and discretion. • Support legal and compliance-related processes, including approvals, record management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. • Maintain organized systems for executive information, travel logistics, and operational follow-up. • Work across teams to help create structure inside a fast-moving creative technology environment.

• Onboard yourself on the vision and user personas. • Audit the current live version and identify UX gaps. • Design the core workflows: campaign brief intake (chat-based), agent-assisted enrichment, image generation and iteration flow, approvals, and so on. • Define a clean information architecture across client, brand, product, campaign, and asset entities. • Produce production-ready Figma flows, components, and a small design system aligned with our existing stack. • Partner closely with founding partner, head of product, engineering and AI agent developers; lightweight specs over polished decks.

• Own Operational Health Across Production Streams • Maintain full visibility over utilization, profitability, delivery timelines, and process adherence across multiple teams and regions • Identify early risk signals in capacity, margin, or client satisfaction before they escalate • Act as first-line escalation for operational breakdowns impacting revenue or delivery confidence • Intervene decisively to stabilize execution and restore performance • Drive Planning, Forecasting & Capacity Control • Build and continuously refine forecasting models to anticipate resource constraints and delivery bottlenecks • Align production, finance, and sales around realistic planning assumptions • Translate pipeline signals into capacity strategies • Establish predictable operational rhythms that reduce reactive firefighting • Own KPI Systems & Performance Accountability • Define, track, and evolve operational KPIs including utilization, contribution margin, throughput, and compliance • Detect negative KPI trends and implement structural fixes — not temporary patches • Drive performance accountability with Delivery Managers and Project Managers by setting clear expectations, decision rights, and measurable targets — while creating the structure that allows them to focus on high-impact work • Introduce reporting improvements that increase visibility and decision speed • Improve Systems, Tools & Operational Frameworks • Lead implementation of new tools, automation layers, or process upgrades that increase scalability • Simplify fragmented workflows across geographies • Standardize operational best practices across production streams • Represent operations in strategic internal forums and client-critical situations

• Own the creative vision and execution quality across multiple projects, from concept to final delivery • Interpret client briefs and translate business and brand objectives into clear creative direction • Develop and communicate concepts using pitch decks, style proposals, mood boards, storyboards, sketches, and visual references • Direct CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera, and overall look & feel • Ensure visual consistency, realism, and brand alignment across stills, animations, and interactive outputs • Perform ongoing creative QA, reviewing renders and animations, providing clear feedback, and helping teams troubleshoot scenes to reach the desired quality • Collaborate closely with Project Managers/Producers to align creative ambition with scope, timelines, and production realities • Act as a senior creative partner in client conversations—presenting, defending, and evolving concepts with confidence • Stay up to date with contemporary design, fashion visualisation, CGI, and real-time/AI-driven production trends • Support scalable ways of working by contributing to visual standards, best practices, and creative guidelines • Lead and inspire international teams of experienced CGI artists, fostering quality, ownership, and collaboration

• Build AI-Controlled Content Systems • Architect and ship AI Controllers that encode visual logic (composition, layout, constraints) into reusable systems • Translate creative direction into structured pipelines (e.g., turning logo safe zones into enforceable spatial constraints) • Design templates that produce consistent outputs across thousands of variations • Build and optimize ComfyUI pipelines integrating multiple models, refiners, and control mechanisms • Combine segmentation, depth maps, and latent constraints to guide generation toward production-grade outputs • Iterate on workflows based on output quality, failure modes, and client requirements • Own Model Behavior and Output Quality • Work hands-on with diffusion models, encoders, and latent space manipulation • Define how prompts, conditioning, and control signals interact across the pipeline • Ensure outputs meet brand and visual standards—not just 'good images,' but usable assets • Extend Platform Capabilities • Contribute to new node definitions and AI capabilities within Grip’s platform • Specify technical requirements for new features across Python/PyTorch systems • Collaborate with engineers and creative teams to push what’s possible in automated content generation
