Role Description The Team Lead in Software Development is a hands-on technical leader responsible for guiding a team of software engineers while actively contributing to the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of APRO, PairSoft's financial automation platform for Oracle on-premises customers. The role combines deep Delphi development expertise with technical leadership, people management, Agile delivery, and engineering excellence. It includes driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools, automation, DevSecOps principles, continuous testing and quality engineering to enhance both product functionality and engineering efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. - 7+ years of professional software development experience. - 5+ years of hands-on Delphi development experience (version 12). - 2+ years of technical leadership, mentoring, or team leadership experience. - Strong expertise in PL/SQL and relational database design. - Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and software design principles. - Experience supporting and enhancing large-scale business-critical applications. - Experience working within Agile software development environments. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
