• Responsible for planning, designing and implementing software rollout projects for our clients (e.g., planning and requirements workshops, software implementation & configuration, project management, etc.) • Conduct user training sessions at client sites or online (e.g., functional and product training) • Provide competent consulting and close support to our clients to ensure the correct use of our software products • Receive step-by-step onboarding into software implementation (installation, configuration, custom database queries, etc.) • Ensure communication with internal project leads and client-side project stakeholders • Contribute to the further development of the myneva products by identifying market and customer requirements and communicating them to product management

• Support the design and implementation of scalable and secure infrastructure solutions in AWS • Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket to ensure efficient delivery of applications • Administer and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using scripting and IaC tools • Monitor system health and performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application needs • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployment pipelines • Document processes, systems, and configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance

• Collaborate to design, develop, and maintain modular components while modernizing critical features • Build, extend, and integrate modular Java-based components across multiple products • Develop and optimize APIs, interfaces, and extensions to connect and enhance our ecosystem • Support the full lifecycle of your deliverables, including deployment in containerized environments and ongoing maintenance • Collaborate on the design of scalable software architectures and contribute to technology decisions • Propose and implement ideas to modernize our systems and workflows while maintaining operational stability • Design and implement high-quality products and services on time • Ensure our products and engineering systems are compliant with regulations and policies • Be responsible for quickly detecting, mitigating, and resolving any issues from customers and partners

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend and fullstack components using .NET / C# • Design APIs and integration solutions within a complex software ecosystem • Guide decisions around data modeling, persistence, and performance trade-offs • Design for reliability, scalability, and observability in distributed systems • Actively use AI-assisted development tools and critically evaluate their outputs • Collaborate closely with product management, UX, and engineering peers • Ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and standards • Contribute to improving engineering practices and system design

• Develop and enhance APIs for integration with other myneva products • Maintain and further develop an existing .NET product (backend-focused, WinForms frontend) • Gradually replace legacy code with modern architectures and components • Maintain and eventually phase out stored procedures (SQL Server) • Ensure code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and testing (unit tests, SpecFlow) • Work closely with support and customer teams to resolve technical challenges • Help shape and continuously improve our DevOps processes • Work iteratively in an agile, collaborative team with an open feedback culture

• You develop and maintain Java-based backend components within the “Swing” product • You work on integrations and interfaces within a mature software ecosystem • You analyze existing structures and drive refactoring and modernization efforts • You design robust, scalable solutions with performance and stability in mind • You collaborate closely with product management, support, and adjacent teams • You actively use modern development tools – including AI-assisted tools – and critically evaluate their outputs • You ensure high code quality through testing, reviews, and clear standards • You contribute to improving architecture and engineering practices
