• Oversee data collection, data organization, and/or data management for research studies • Run routine and ad hoc reports • Use standard tools and computer programs to review data • Assist with data cleaning measures to ensure accuracy • Lead basic activities such as data collection and data entry • Conduct literature searches to support faculty in research efforts • Design and format papers/publications

• Gathering requirements and performing systems analysis • Developing test cases and creating automated test scripts • Coordinating testing and ensuring quality assurance • Collaborating with technical teams, managers, and subject matter experts • Creating test strategy and facilitating integrated testing • Reporting test results and metrics to management and team • Supporting system implementations and enhancements • Training users on testing tools and processes

• Provide virtual and/or in-person support to identified schools, programs, and/or classrooms • Facilitate the progress of educational programs • Apply specializations based on specific expertise and experience • Collaborate with identified partners to improve required processes and effective use of supports and resources • Work with external contacts to identify new or revise current supports and resources • Use evidence-based knowledge to make independent decisions regarding educational programs • Identify and provide necessary coaching and support to schools, programs, and/or classrooms • Documentation of communication and providing outreach to programs • Facilitate the progress of programs through Maryland EXCELS quality rating levels

• Independently manage multiple complex, enterprise-wide IT projects from planning through delivery. • Lead cross-functional and decentralized teams across JHHS and JHM. • Engage key project stakeholders and provide project oversight. • Develop improvement processes for operational use by the team. • Produce high-quality documentation that meets Johns Hopkins standards.

• Support faculty, researchers, and students engaged in high-performance and AI-driven research. • Deploy, optimize, and maintain scientific software and computational workflows on advanced HPC Systems and related infrastructure. • Manage and troubleshoot complex software stacks, containerized applications, and GPU-accelerated workloads using tools such as SLURM, Easy build, Spack, etc. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary research groups to enhance system performance, streamline data-intensive workflows, and integrate cutting-edge technologies. • Analyze and optimize the performance of AI models and HPC applications, focusing on GPU-enabled computing. • Implement parallel processing, distributed computing, and resource management techniques for efficient job execution. • Develop, debug, and maintain software tools, libraries, and frameworks supporting HPC and AI workloads. • Manage and support scientific software deployment across HPC, cloud-based, and colocation facilities.

• Report to the Associate University Registrar for Academic Catalogue, Academic Calendar, and Classroom Management and Scheduling. • Serve as the supplemental interface between the Office of the University Registrar business area, divisional registrar offices, University technology team, and contracted services. • Assist in the functional areas of catalogue, academic calendar, academic and event scheduling, and classroom management. • Recommend creative solutions to business problems. • Support data-driven decision-making focusing on data integration, integrity, mining, analysis, and reporting. • Provide functional support to the Office of the University Registrar team, collaborate with the University Information Systems team, and contribute to technical and functional projects.

• Manage and maintain development across Carey's Salesforce environment (including CRM needs for Executive Education, Partnerships and Experiential Learning) and oversee platform administration. • Work directly with internal Carey stakeholders to scope and prioritize enhancement needs and explain technical options to non-technical audiences. • Responsible for the creation, implementation, maintenance, performance, production support and documentation of various departmental and enterprise-wide application systems. • Define moderately complex business/clinical/education problems by meeting with clients to observe and understand current processes and the issues related to those processes. • Gather moderately complex system requirements by meeting with clients and researching existing technology. • Develop detailed tasks and project plans by analyzing project scope for moderately complex projects. • Write functional/technical specifications for programmers and business analysts to develop technical solutions. • Document code and associated processes adhering to development methodologies. • Create and document moderately complex test scenarios to validate application functionality. • Implement changes adhering to change management policies and procedures for any given project. • Provide support by triaging and resolving moderately complex issues to ensure prompt, effective service.

• Lead the development of standards of practice for accessibility technology. • Oversee the implementation of new technologies related to accessibility. • Provide consulting services on accessibility to the university staff. • Build and maintain partnerships to advance accessibility initiatives. • Develop and implement training on accessibility standards.

• Participate in the creation, implementation and maintenance of application systems. • Gather system requirements by meeting with clients and researching existing technology. • Develop detailed tasks by analyzing project scope and milestones. • Create and document test scenarios. • Implement changes adhering to change management policies.

• Administer Windows desktop using Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager and troubleshoot for Enterprise Desktop Engineering. • Support a customer base of approximately 60,000 computers and users. • Act as an escalation point for LAN Administration and desktop support teams. • Conduct thorough testing of applications before deployment. • Design solutions that conform to institutional policies, standards, and guidelines. • Install and configure server hardware and operating systems. • Monitor and tune systems for optimum performance levels. • Provide server level administration and assist users as per documented procedures. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver quality products.
