Role Description You play a key role in building a new, strategically important web-based product within the myneva portfolio. As a Senior Software Engineer with Tech Lead responsibility, you shape the technical architecture of the product and significantly influence its integration into existing myneva products through well-designed, API-first interfaces. You work predominantly hands-on using .NET / C#, defining technical guardrails and ensuring that architectural decisions are scalable, maintainable, and robust in the long term. In addition, you take on technical leadership for a growing engineering team, acting as a role model for engineering excellence, modern development practices, and the responsible use of new technologies — including AI-supported development tools. In this role, you combine deep technical expertise, product thinking, and pragmatic leadership to help build a sustainable product that can scale across markets and regulatory environments.
