Role Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development and cloud-based technology projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of software architecture, application development, APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, security, and quality assurance. - Own the complete project lifecycle, from requirements and planning through development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. - Translate business objectives into clear technical deliverables, milestones, sprint plans, and actionable work items. - Define project scope, timelines, dependencies, resource requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans. - Manage multiple projects or workstreams while maintaining visibility across priorities and deadlines. - Identify delivery risks, technical blockers, resource constraints, and dependencies at an early stage. - Develop mitigation and contingency plans for identified risks. - Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. - Manage scope changes through a structured change-control process. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in technology project management, software delivery, or a related position. - Demonstrated experience managing software development projects involving web applications, mobile applications, cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise integrations. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project-management practices. - Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps delivery practices. - Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. - Familiarity with application architecture, APIs, databases, authentication, security, CI/CD pipelines, and production support. - Experience using project-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, or similar platforms. - Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk-management, and organizational skills. Requirements - PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or a similar certification. - Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, ITIL, or DevOps certification. - Previous experience as a developer, business analyst, technical lead, solution architect, or QA professional. - Experience delivering SaaS, B2B, multi-tenant, AI-enabled, data, CRM, ERP, or integration-heavy solutions. - Familiarity with React, Next.js, Node.js, .NET, SQL, NoSQL, microservices, and container-based deployments. - Experience managing third-party vendors and customer-facing implementation projects. - Understanding of application security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and cloud cost management.
