RECORDS, LLC
• Collaborate with the Good Store Art Director to bring Good Store’s visual identity to life across packaging, product, digital, and media channels • Design and produce a wide range of creative assets, including web graphics, social content, marketing materials, and product packaging • Prepare files for production and support final quality control and implementation • Partner with the Marketing & Website Manager to create engaging visual content that reflects the brand’s voice and mission • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas that push the brand forward while staying true to its core values • Support additional design and creative needs as assigned by the Good Store Art Director
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in branding or consumer product design
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design across digital and print mediums, required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus), preferred
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, required
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively within a creative team, required
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, required
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Google Drive, Trello, or Airtable, preferred
- Experience with product and/or lifestyle photography, including basic editing, a plus
- Experience with video editing for social media is a plus
