VP, Demand Generation

Optro

• Own demand generation strategy, planning, and execution in order to drive company growth across all segments and funnel stages, driving performance within channels such as ABM, paid social, content syndication, email, associations/partnerships, SEM, and SEO/AI engine optimization • Manage and motivate a team of experienced demand generation professionals, providing coaching, development opportunities, and tactical advice to help them meet and exceed their goals • Team with our Sales, RevOps, and SDR/BDR teams to align on priorities, goals, and measurement, maximize the quantity and quality of leads, strength feedback loops and information flow for full-funnel visibility, and amplify coordinated pipeline building efforts • Closely collaborate with Marketing Communications, Events, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations leads to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs • Lead the evaluation, adoption, and scaling of AI-driven demand generation tools and strategies that automate workflow processes, optimize campaign performance, and deliver highly personalized buyer experiences at scale • Partner with Finance teams to develop budgets and identify incremental opportunities, ensure the efficient allocation of marketing resources, accurately plan, forecast, and track the impact of marketing investments • Develop and present regular forecasts and reporting of results to the executive leadership team, identify strategic levers of growth and inform the GTM strategy

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B Technology demand generation experience, including 8+ years as a team leader
  • Experience within a hyper-growth company and fast-paced environment, ideally through growth stages of $250M to $1B ARR
  • Experience leveraging martech and AI-driven tools and workflows to increase pipeline efficiency and velocity
  • Strong management skills with a proven ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a team
  • Experience managing and optimizing a multi-million dollar annual budget
  • A data driven orientation and experience assessing the full customer journey to identify opportunities, a proven track record working with Sales leaders to ensure the successful progression of prospects from discovery to acquisition, retention, and cross-sell
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets, Excel, and AI platforms to perform deep data analysis on pipeline health, velocity, and channel efficiency
  • Experience developing and testing new tactics and acquisition programs that support Enterprise and Commercial revenue growth across multiple segments and geographies
