• Support the execution, deployment, and operational management of marketing campaigns across email, webinar, event, and web channels. • Partner closely with internal marketing stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into well-executed programs. • Build and deploy email campaigns, webinar programs, event campaigns, and assist with the creation and maintenance of web pages within the company’s content management system.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience using Marketo in a marketing operations or campaign operations capacity.
- Demonstrated experience building, testing, and deploying email marketing campaigns.
- Experience supporting webinar, event, or virtual event campaigns.
- Familiarity with web content management systems and the ability to build or update web pages as needed.
- Strong understanding of campaign operations processes, audience segmentation, lead management, and campaign tracking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, field marketing, events, and web teams.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
