Product Launch Manager
AvaSure
• Identify launch objectives relative to organizational strategic objectives. • Develop goals for product launches that are aligned to those goals. • Establish project charters for new strategic products or features being released. • Act as chairperson for cross functional launch teams. • Develop product and feature launch plans with Key Performance Indicators. • Capture feature and documentation feedback based on Limited Release or early GA deployments. • Support creation of internal and external training collateral.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in business, engineering, nursing or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in a market-facing role such as Project Management, Software Development, or similar, is required.
- 3+ years of experience managing new product launch initiatives, acting as the primary project manager and primary liaison for external customers, is required.
- Experience with healthcare integrations related to HL7 and API, preferred.
- 3 years of experience deploying healthcare technology is required, preferably in the inpatient acute setting.
- Experience in healthcare, medical technology, enterprise software, or clinical technology is preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and making timely decisions under uncertainty.
- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large groups, and a solid writer.
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is essential.
- High level of competence with project focused tools used for cross-functional, asynchronous work.
