Associate IT Portfolio Manager

• Assist in planning and scoping IT Tier1 and 2 projects, including defining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs. • Coordinate daily project activities, track tasks, manage schedules, and maintain project documentation. • Facilitate stand-ups, status meetings, and stakeholder updates; prepare meeting notes and action items. • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and drive mitigation plans. • Support requirements gathering, change requests, and impact assessments in collaboration with business analysts and technical leads. • Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and dashboards; report progress and KPIs. • Partner with IT engineering domains to ensure technical implementation aligns with the product vision, architecture guidelines, security standards, and user needs. • Help manage vendor coordination, SOWs, and procurement activities as needed. • Assist with test planning, UAT coordination, and release readiness. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices. • Run CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, ideally within IT service management (ITSM) in a SaaS environment, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable product features.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, portfolio support, or a similar role.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Skilled at guiding users and stakeholders to make informed decisions that align with project goals.
  • Experience in creating project documentation and training users on new product implementations.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey technical issues and solutions clearly across various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, CLIA, and SOX compliance standards.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail; comfortable with metrics and reporting.
