Partner Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute strategic multi-channel campaigns (email, in-product, webinars, content, events) that drive awareness and adoption of strategic partner solutions within the athenahealth client base. • Collaborate with Partner Management and Product Marketing to translate partner value propositions into compelling client-facing messaging. • Track performance and optimize programs based on engagement and adoption metrics. • Lead marketing initiatives that promote the athenahealth Partner Marketplace and overall ecosystem. • Support go-to-market strategies for new partner launches and key solution categories. • Support end-to-end marketing efforts at industry events—from pre-event promotion to onsite engagement and post-event follow-up—to drive new partner recruitment. • Support development of leadership programs (blogs, case studies, webinars, speaking opportunities) that highlight partner innovation and ecosystem value. • Create scalable marketing toolkits, playbooks, and assets to support partner promotion and co-marketing programs with strategic partners. • Develop and execute scalable communication plans to keep a large partner ecosystem apprised of program updates, changes, and opportunities. • Lead the partner communications plan for the launch of the user conference sponsorship prospectus, driving awareness and solicitation of sponsorship commitments across the partner ecosystem. • Manage end-to-end communications for sponsoring partners before, during, and after the event to ensure clarity on deliverables, timelines, and post-event follow-up. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Operations to implement scalable lead tracking, reporting, and performance measurement for a growing partner ecosystem. • Work with Marketing Operations to standardize reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into partner program performance and ROI.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, healthcare IT, or platform ecosystems
  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills across digital, content, and event channels
  • Ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing marketing performance
  • Proven experience in partner / ecosystem marketing or customer marketing
  • Experience marketing to healthcare organizations or within health IT
  • Familiarity with marketplace or platform-based business models.
