As an Engagement Strategist (Marketing Cloud), you aren’t just checking boxes; you’re the trusted advisor who translates business goals into sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions. We lead the way in marketing innovation, and we need you to own the relationship and ensure our clients are getting the absolute most out of their high-scale automation investment. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a consultant or strategist-level role within the Salesforce ecosystem or a similar enterprise marketing automation space. - Proven success navigating and configuring Marketing Cloud Engagement, specifically mastering Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. - Hands-on experience building and deploying robust solutions using data extensions, and a working knowledge of SQL and AMPscript. - A track record of translating high-level business requirements into clear, technical roadmaps while managing timelines. - The ability to break down "tech-speak" into digestible training and documentation for stakeholders and end-users. - Experience coordinating work with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
