• You'll provide on-the-ground commercial management support to ensure the client is financially and contractually protected across all data center projects. • You'll manage and report on all commercial issues regularly to maintain transparency and accountability. • You'll lead the Cost Trend Management (CTM) process by identifying scope changes, market shifts, and risks impacting project budgets. • You'll ensure EPC teams understand the baseline estimates, including scope, cost, and execution assumptions. • You'll set up cost reporting correctly at design kick-off, ensuring accurate budget breakdowns and CTM data integration. • You'll chair bi-weekly CTM meetings with key stakeholders, drive actionable outcomes, and document meeting minutes. • You'll update the CTM log to reflect cost changes, root causes, and review stages for accurate project tracking. • You'll participate in design reviews to track cost changes from concept to final design stages. • You'll capture and log client-driven changes for review and approval in the CTM process. • You'll support cost estimation, QA cost trend reports, and provide quarterly feedback to improve CTM tools and processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying or related field AND 5+ years of related experience
- 5+ years of experience managing the estimating or commercials on a major construction portfolio
- Proven experience of commercial management during pre-construction of major construction projects
