• Develop and implement professional enablement strategy that aligns with business objectives and addresses both internal and external customer needs. • Identify skill gaps and training needs through surveys, interviews, meeting with managers, and leveraging the voice of the customer. • Create and update enablement content, including online courses and training documentation. • Design workshops, onboarding sessions, and select & facilitate instructional sessions of outside professional enablement courses. • Analyze training effectiveness, adjusting programs for performance. • Develop intake, design and creation processes. • Maintain schedules and status reporting of enablement creation progress. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Delivery, Solution Customer Engagement, Strategy & Readiness, and Global Operations to gain alignment or inputs on enablement when needed. • Use customer feedback and insights, in addition to research on industry trends and audience behavior, and customer feedback to inform enablement planning and prioritization that directly enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in instructional design, or designing programs at scale, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- A portfolio demonstrating excellence in professional development strategy, enablement design and creation.
- Understanding Program Management a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, agile team environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in a customer-centric or customer solutions environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in document development tools including PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Express.
- Experience with technical delivery of the Adobe Digital Experience product suite is a plus.
