Role Description Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Marketing team in developing visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms. This remote role is ideal for a self-motivated designer with a strong understanding of branding, layout, and emerging AI design tools. The ideal candidate brings both creativity and consistency, embodying ITS's core values: Be a Creator, Have an Open Mind, and Do the Right Thing. - Design digital marketing materials including social media graphics, email banners, and digital ads. - Create and maintain brand-consistent visual content across all platforms. - Develop visual assets for blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers. - Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and infographics. - Edit and enhance images for use in marketing materials. - Design presentation decks and pitch materials for sales and internal use. - Produce creative assets for video content, including thumbnails and lower thirds. - Assist in website layout design and visual improvements. - Create mockups and prototypes for new digital initiatives. - Maintain a digital asset library with organized, searchable design files. - Contribute to visual storytelling strategies across campaigns. - Incorporate AI tools into the design process for increased efficiency. - Implement A/B testing visuals to improve engagement rates. - Provide design support for internal communications and HR campaigns. - Deliver final artwork files in required formats with proper specifications. Qualifications - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Familiarity with Canva, including AI features like Magic Design and Magic Write. - Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout. - Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing environment. - Experience designing for both digital and print formats. - Ability to manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines. - Attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Requirements - A home office set up that meets the following: - Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: - Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or - AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or - macOS 12 or newer. - Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds. - Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings. - Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app. - Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls. - A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview). - Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written. - Able to work part time 20 hrs. a week, 4 hours per day, during PST or EST time zone: (Monday to Friday). - Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. - Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
