Job Requirements

  • Від 1 року досвіду у сфері веб-дизайну;

Role Description Majesco is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Marketing team and help bring our brand to life across digital, web, and event experiences. This role is ideal for a designer with 3-5 years of experience who can translate ideas into smart, polished, and high-impact creative that supports brand visibility, demand generation, thought leadership, and customer engagement. The Graphic Designer will play an important role in shaping how Majesco shows up in the market. From campaign assets and website graphics to event materials, presentations, and branded content, this role will help create consistent, compelling visuals that strengthen our brand and support business goals. The right candidate brings strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, creative range, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-moving marketing environment. Key Responsibilities - Design high-quality visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads, emails, landing page graphics, social media assets, infographics, and promotional content. - Create and update website visuals and page assets that align with brand standards and support a modern, engaging digital experience. - Develop event-related creative such as signage, booth graphics, presentation visuals, session branding, handouts, and promotional materials. - Partner with sales, product, and marketing stakeholders to translate messaging and campaign goals into effective visual concepts. - Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while helping evolve and strengthen the visual expression of the Majesco brand. - Prepare production-ready files for digital and print use, ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with technical specifications. - Contribute to presentation design and sales enablement materials that support executive, partner, and customer-facing communications. - Manage multiple projects at once, balance deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail from concept through final delivery. - Incorporate feedback quickly and thoughtfully while maintaining design integrity and meeting project objectives. Qualifications - 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house, agency, or corporate marketing environment. - Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, web, and event-related design work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. - Experience designing for both digital and print production. - Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling. - Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh thinking and creative energy. - Experience creating graphics for websites, campaigns, presentations, and event environments. - Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with basic web design principles and designing assets for CMS-driven websites. - Experience supporting corporate events, conferences, or trade shows. - Working knowledge of PowerPoint presentation design. - Experience with motion graphics, simple animation, or video asset creation.
