Role Description The role of the Program and Operations Management (OSINT) at Airbnb's Global Safety & Security department is to gather intelligence information and conduct analysis to assist safety and security’s threat mitigation efforts towards the company's interests, executive staff, and employees. The Program Manager will provide mentorship and offer technical expertise/guidance to junior analysts while providing timely and accurate information to decision-makers, enabling them to make informed choices to safeguard our assets, personnel, and reputation. This role requires extensive experience in conducting OSINT investigations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. - Exhibits problem-solving skills and assesses concerns for more complex challenges, suggesting and implementing solutions with guidance and support from managers. - Exhibits an understanding of Airbnb Intel customer needs and priorities (business practices, culture, and intelligence needs). - Accept responsibility for the development and execution of unstructured projects with some guidance and feedback from managers. - Use existing procedures to solve problems; support development of procedures when needed. - Model best business practices, professional behavior, etc., and provide mentorship and peer-level support to all analysts. - Executes complex projects with minimal oversight, including the delegation of tasks, training of junior team members, and managing project and coverage schedules. - Responsible for coordinating inter-agency liaison meets and regional off-sites with minimal oversight from leadership. - Ensure quality control measures are to the highest standard to minimize case management errors. - Follow company procedures and processes as they relate to industry best practices and handling of confidential information. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business partners to effectively support their needs. - Flexible work schedule as part of a 24/7 team: able to work assigned shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. - Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
