Role Description The Director of Insurance (Personal Accident / Accident & Health) is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving the growth of SPS’s insurance channel. The primary objective of this role is to: - Expand carrier and broker relationships. - Embed SPS as a preferred response provider within insurance products. - Convert insurance-driven engagements into long-term enterprise revenue. This position will serve as the key interface between insurers, brokers, and SPS's operational capability, ensuring alignment among underwriting intent, claims delivery, and client outcomes. This is a full-time senior leadership position operating within a fast-paced, international environment. Given the global nature of SPS operations and insurance relationships, the role requires a flexible approach to working hours, including engagement across multiple time zones and occasional out-of-hours availability to support critical client or partner requirements. Responsibilities - Develop and manage strategic relationships across Personal Accident and Accident & Health carriers and brokers, focusing on originating new partnerships. - Position and embed SPS services within insurance policies, endorsements, and response frameworks. - Expand SPS beyond existing insurer relationships into a diversified, multi-carrier portfolio. - Work with insurers and brokers to develop and structure insurance products incorporating SPS capabilities, including: - Medical and security response - Global assistance and evacuation - Intelligence-led risk mitigation - Act as senior relationship lead for key policyholders, ensuring high-quality delivery and engagement. - Convert insurance-driven interactions into: - Global Assistance retainers - Membership programs (e.g., GEAR) - Enterprise security and medical solutions - Represent SPS within the London Market and international insurance ecosystem, supporting business development, tenders, and market positioning. - Ensure effective coordination between carriers, brokers, and SPS operational teams, including the Global Response Center (GRC), to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes. - Own and deliver against insurance revenue growth targets, building a structured and scalable pipeline across carriers, brokers, and insured clients. Qualifications - Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the insurance market. - Demonstrated track record of building and managing carrier and broker relationships. - Proven ability to originate and scale insurance partnerships and embed services within insurance products. - Experience working with or alongside operational service providers (e.g., assistance, medical, or security services). - Established network within the London Market and/or international insurance markets. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree or relevant experience preferred. - Insurance qualifications advantageous. - Strong understanding of: - Insurance policy structures - Claims and response workflows - Broker and underwriting dynamics - This role requires regular international travel (approximately 25–35%), including: - Engagement with carriers and brokers across the London Market and global hubs. - Attendance at industry events, client meetings, and strategic partner engagements. - Occasional travel in support of key client relationships or operational alignment. Role Description We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements from within the United States. This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with hours based on position needs. Role Description This position supports general ledger accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and annual audits within the accounting team. Role Description The role of the Program and Operations Management (OSINT) at Airbnb's Global Safety & Security department is to gather intelligence information and conduct analysis to assist safety and security’s threat mitigation efforts towards the company's interests, executive staff, and employees. The Program Manager will provide mentorship and offer technical expertise/guidance to junior analysts while providing timely and accurate information to decision-makers, enabling them to make informed choices to safeguard our assets, personnel, and reputation. This role requires extensive experience in conducting OSINT investigations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. - Exhibits problem-solving skills and assesses concerns for more complex challenges, suggesting and implementing solutions with guidance and support from managers. - Exhibits an understanding of Airbnb Intel customer needs and priorities (business practices, culture, and intelligence needs). - Accept responsibility for the development and execution of unstructured projects with some guidance and feedback from managers. - Use existing procedures to solve problems; support development of procedures when needed. - Model best business practices, professional behavior, etc., and provide mentorship and peer-level support to all analysts. - Executes complex projects with minimal oversight, including the delegation of tasks, training of junior team members, and managing project and coverage schedules. - Responsible for coordinating inter-agency liaison meets and regional off-sites with minimal oversight from leadership. - Ensure quality control measures are to the highest standard to minimize case management errors. - Follow company procedures and processes as they relate to industry best practices and handling of confidential information. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with other business partners to effectively support their needs. - Flexible work schedule as part of a 24/7 team: able to work assigned shifts on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. - Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Qualifications - Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship. - This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work include days, evenings, and weekends. - This position requires up to 10% travel. - 10+ years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis using open-source intelligence tools and investigative techniques. - Proven ability to be an outstanding colleague in a collaborative setting. - Comfortable with changing requirements and priorities. - Experience working with the identification and analysis of threats made by POIs. - Able to proactively communicate status and identify risks. - Experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis. - Excellent writing and oral communication skills. - Experience working with highly confidential information. - Experience working with diverse partners. - Master’s Degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience (preferred).
