EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 1–3 years of professional experience in a backend or full-stack engineering role. - Experience building or contributing to REST or GraphQL APIs. - Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). - Familiarity with at least one backend language/framework — our stack is primarily PHP/Laravel, but we value engineering fundamentals over specific language experience. - Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Redis) is a plus. - Experience working at a SaaS company or in a B2B environment is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD practices. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you're comfortable asking questions and working across teams. - Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
