Role Description AdAction is seeking a Customer Operations Analyst to assist users and combat fraud across our growing customer base. This role is responsible for aiding and answering customers via support requests, compiling and analyzing data related to support requests, and evaluating traffic for high-risk partners to both identify and prevent fraudulent users from engaging with our services. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying, isolating, and articulating complex patterns and trends with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You should have a demonstrated ability of process improvement to reduce workload and be experienced professionally communicating with end users, internal stakeholders, and external clients. You will work within the Customer Support and Platform Quality teams as well as work closely with internal teams across Sales, Solutions, and Product to ensure that issues are caught proactively and external partnerships remain satisfied with our ability to assist customers and maintain platform quality. Responsibilities - Supporting Customer Base (40%) - Handle general support issues, corresponding with customers via multiple support channels to assist users and deliver positive outcomes. - Process player ban appeals and case appeals, delivering final determination on status of users accounts and rewards for cases. - Work on escalated customer support issues, corresponding with external partners for collaboration as needed to ensure a joint resolution is reached. - Develop a deep understanding of various mobile games and services in order to accurately evaluate support cases. - Platform Quality Evaluation (40%) - Isolate and identify fraudulent users from high-risk partners via report analysis, mobile device knowledge, and behavior variances of users. - Perform regular traffic sweeps to retroactively evaluate behavior for medium-risk partners to determine risk level, escalating behavior patterns as necessary. - Evaluate reports and alerts to distinguish fraudulent activity from high engagement behavior. - Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%) - Evaluate data related to partner issues with offer setup, analyzing reporting and escalating to solutions team members for further analysis. - Write feature requests for platform quality and support to articulate ideas into actionable items for roadmaps. - Partner closely with Solutions and Sales teams on unique offer setups or app integrations to assist in smooth launch. - Update and organize documentation to assist cross-functional teams’ knowledge of fraud and support operations. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in customer support or platform quality, with a preference for experience in a high volume, written communication environment. - Strong written and verbal communication, with skills to communicate comfortably with internal stakeholders, external users, and external clients, including enterprise level clients and C-suite executives. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and trends; proficiency in data and reporting tools required. - Proven track record of process improvement and innovation, identifying future bottlenecks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to work towards solutions. - Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first, performance-driven environment.
Role Description AdAction’s publisher organization is scaling into an enterprise-focused growth function. To support that evolution, we are hiring a Senior Manager, Product Marketing to serve as the strategic marketing lead behind our publisher-facing GTM efforts. This is not a traditional campaign or content marketing role. This person will sit at the intersection of sales, market intelligence, and product narrative development, helping shape how AdAction identifies publisher opportunities, positions its monetization solutions, arms the sales team, and sharpens our competitive story in the market. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, analytical thinker, and senior B2B marketer with the ability to turn fragmented market signals into clear recommendations and compelling commercial narratives. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Growth & Development and works cross-functionally with Business Development, Sales Engineering, Product, and Revenue Operations leadership. Responsibilities - Publisher GTM Positioning & Narrative Development - Own publisher-facing market positioning, value proposition development, and competitive differentiation across AdAction’s monetization and rewarded engagement solutions. - Build and continuously refine the commercial narrative against owned-and-operated reward networks, fragmented monetization alternatives, and competing ad-tech providers. - Ensure all external-facing messaging holds up in sophisticated enterprise publisher conversations. - Market Intelligence & Vertical Strategy - Conduct ongoing category deep-dives across key publisher verticals including gaming, fintech, shopping, loyalty, cashback, and utilities. - Develop competitive intelligence updates, publisher opportunity maps, and market sizing recommendations to inform leadership decisions. - Translate industry movement, competitor behavior, and publisher trends into actionable GTM recommendations. - Revenue Modeling & Commercial Insight Support - Partner with internal stakeholders to develop benchmark models, monetization opportunity sizing, and ROI frameworks by publisher segment. - Build a strong understanding of publisher economics including RPM, ARPDAU, retention, engagement metrics, and monetization patterns. - Support strategic recommendations with commercially grounded data and analysis. - Sales Enablement Strategy - Define the strategic framework behind publisher sales materials including objection handling, competitive battle cards, ROI narratives, and publisher-specific case study recommendations. - Direct the prioritization and development of assets that improve sales readiness and shorten deal cycles. - Continuously identify gaps in sales enablement based on market feedback and pipeline learnings. Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, GTM strategy, market intelligence, or commercial strategy. - Strong preference for candidates with experience in ad-tech, mobile marketing, performance advertising, affiliate marketing, app monetization, or related digital growth ecosystems. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to produce polished, publisher-facing strategic narratives. - Highly analytical and comfortable interpreting revenue models, publisher economics, and market data without requiring heavy analyst support. - Strong strategic instincts with the ability to form opinions on markets, verticals, and competitive opportunities rather than simply executing briefs. - Proven experience building sales enablement or commercial GTM materials that directly support revenue teams. - Highly autonomous, organized, and comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments. - Advanced proficiency in Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM-driven GTM workflows.

In this role, you will build and maintain the APIs and services that power our publisher partnerships — integrating new publishers onto our platform and developing features that help win new business. You'll work across several backend services spanning REST and GraphQL APIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue-generating systems while growing your skills across a modern backend stack. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design, build, and maintain backend APIs and services that support publisher integrations and platform growth. - Develop and extend REST and GraphQL endpoints to serve internal and external consumers. - Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into well-architected technical solutions. - Write and maintain automated tests to ensure system reliability and prevent regressions. - Improve system performance, scalability, and observability across backend services. - Work with relational and non-relational databases to store, query, and manage application data. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions with the engineering team. - Support the integration of new publisher partners by building the tooling and APIs that enable seamless onboarding. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 1–3 years of professional experience in a backend or full-stack engineering role. - Experience building or contributing to REST or GraphQL APIs. - Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL). - Familiarity with at least one backend language/framework — our stack is primarily PHP/Laravel, but we value engineering fundamentals over specific language experience. - Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, Redis) is a plus. - Experience working at a SaaS company or in a B2B environment is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and CI/CD practices. - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you're comfortable asking questions and working across teams. - Willingness to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
