Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or virtual assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, MS Office, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp);
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or social media management.
