What We Need:Our WWE 2K is team looking for a talented Game Designer who is excited to work on the WWE franchise. What You Will Do: - Work collaboratively with the Lead Designer to deliver engaging, interactive stories - Implement and own cinematic sequences to help shape the narrative vision of the game using a proprietary scripting system - Collaborate with engineers, designers and artists to identify key issues and generate high-quality solutions Who Will Be A Great Fit: - Minimum of two years working as a professional game designer on a shipped AAA title - A keen eye for cinematic framing, timing, and how scenes are presented to the player - Strong grasp of narrative craft and how storytelling deepens player engagement - Clear, confident communicator — both written and verbal — who works well across disciplines and teams - A technically-minded problem solver who can quickly pick up and get the most out of proprietary tools and pipelines Preferred qualifications - Working knowledge of animation timelines, plus an intuitive grasp of human behavior — especially how it shapes character interactions and conversational flow. - A genuine passion for RPGs across a wide range of styles, with a strong handle on genre conventions, storytelling craft, and what makes the player experience land. - Scripting experience, especially with visual or node-based tools, is a plus The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $38 and $53 per hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. • Assist in creating training materials such as e-learning modules, instructor-led training resources, videos, and job aids. This may include storytelling and branching scenarios to create more engaging content. • Collaborate with the GuidePoint Learning team to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and ensure that content aligns with learning objectives and outcomes. • Support the development of multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance training content. • Assist in uploading and managing training content in the LMS, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for employees. • Participate in the evaluation of training programs, collect feedback from participants, and make necessary improvements based on feedback and data analysis. • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

In this position, you will design and develop learning programs that drive product adoption, accelerate proficiency, and help learners realize value from Doppel's products and solutions. - Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences that drive product adoption, proficiency, and customer outcomes. - Establish instructional design standards, templates, and best practices that ensure learning experiences are engaging, visually compelling, and scalable. - Create onboarding programs, learning paths, e-learning modules, certifications, assessments, and performance support resources for employees and customers. - Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and opportunities to improve adoption and customer value realization. - Develop customer education programs that help users build confidence, adopt best practices, and achieve meaningful outcomes with Doppel's products. - Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through engagement, adoption, proficiency, and business impact metrics, and continuously improve content based on insights. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, customer education, enablement, curriculum development, or a related field. - Demonstrated expertise in designing end-to-end learning programs, curricula, certifications, and learning journeys for technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning measurement practices. - Experience building engaging, polished, and scalable digital learning experiences that drive adoption, proficiency, and customer outcomes. - Expertise with e-learning authoring and content creation tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar platforms. - Strong visual design sensibilities and the ability to create sleek, intuitive, and learner-centered experiences. Experience with graphic design, multimedia production, or UX principles is a strong plus. - Experience developing assessments, certifications, interactive learning activities, and performance support resources. - Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences. - Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience partnering with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and subject matter experts to build high-impact learning programs. - Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities and products evolve quickly. - Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, trust and safety, or enterprise software products is highly desirable. - A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
