Senior Instructional Designer

Doppel

• Design and develop end-to-end learning experiences that drive product adoption, proficiency, and customer outcomes. • Establish instructional design standards, templates, and best practices that ensure learning experiences are engaging, visually compelling, and scalable. • Create onboarding programs, learning paths, e-learning modules, certifications, assessments, and performance support resources for employees and customers. • Partner with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and opportunities to improve adoption and customer value realization. • Develop customer education programs that help users build confidence, adopt best practices, and achieve meaningful outcomes with Doppel's products. • Measure the effectiveness of learning programs through engagement, adoption, proficiency, and business impact metrics, and continuously improve content based on insights.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, customer education, enablement, curriculum development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing end-to-end learning programs, curricula, certifications, and learning journeys for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and learning measurement practices.
  • Experience building engaging, polished, and scalable digital learning experiences that drive adoption, proficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Expertise with e-learning authoring and content creation tools such as Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
  • Strong visual design sensibilities and the ability to create sleek, intuitive, and learner-centered experiences. Experience with graphic design, multimedia production, or UX principles is a strong plus.
  • Experience developing assessments, certifications, interactive learning activities, and performance support resources.
  • Ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and subject matter experts to build high-impact learning programs.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities and products evolve quickly.
  • Experience supporting SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, trust and safety, or enterprise software products is highly desirable.
  • A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.

Role Description Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Clinical Field Training Manager to lead clinical onboarding, certification, and training initiatives across our nationwide network of TMS centers. This highly visible role combines hands-on field training with program development to ensure clinicians deliver exceptional patient care, maintain certification standards, and support operational excellence.
