• Design realistic, threat-informed training that helps learners recognize risks, make decisions, and change behavior. • Own learning content end-to-end, from needs analysis and objectives to writing, development, revision, and delivery. • Create engaging written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia learning assets. • Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and other content development tools. • Use gamification, learner choice, storytelling, and scenario-based design to make training more active and memorable. • Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements to determine the right learning solution. • Apply action mapping and learning outcome-driven design to connect training to real performance goals. • Experiment with AI tools for ideation, content drafting, prototyping, scenario generation, media creation, assessment design, and learner engagement. • Partner with subject matter experts, product, security, and creative teams to turn complex ideas into clear learning experiences. • Create or collaborate on video, animation, visuals, interactive media, and other content formats. • Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback, learner needs, quality standards, and performance goals.
• Develop and validate technical strategies strategies that align with customer environments - will drive knowledge in detections and takedowns • Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the sales cycle and deployment. • Collaborate with customer success managers and account executives to support the customer experience from an overall technical POV • Support post-sale activities to ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with Eng & Product on customer health - think about how we can get ahead of a customer having a poor health score/churn risk
• Lead detection-focused trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts for mid-market prospects. • Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed throughout the sales cycle and instance deployment. • Develop and validate detection strategies that align with customer environments while leading customer-specific platform configurations, investigating missed alerts, and validating detection efficacy. • Assist with client escalations • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine and enhance detection coverage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform • Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs • Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc). • Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers • Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform. • Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders • Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications • Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions • API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers • Able to build applications on top of our webhook platform to level up Doppel use-cases • Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations. • Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health. • Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices.
