Requirements - Background in management consulting, government program delivery, or customer success, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments. - Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). - Domain knowledge of military acquisition. - Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one). - Experience working with government or defense sector clients. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to defense contracting (e.g., CMMC, ITAR, NIST 800-171). Compensation Compensation Range: $160K - $200K. The posted salary range is based on our research for companies of our stage and size while in compliance with California law. • Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor • Conduct technical discovery sessions with prospective and existing clients to understand their infrastructure, security posture, operational processes, and business requirements. • Perform comprehensive technology assessments and gap analyses. • Evaluate client environments including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, endpoint management, networking, etc. • Identify operational inefficiencies, security risks, architectural limitations, and opportunities for modernization. • Develop actionable recommendations and strategic technology roadmaps. • Translate complex technical findings into clear summaries and recommendations. • Partner with sales and solutions teams during early-stage client engagements. • Collaborate with Professional Services and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with Atlas delivery capabilities and technical standards. • Document assessment findings, recommendations, risks, and proposed improvement initiatives.

• Manage defined project scopes under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations. • Coordinate internal discipline teams and external subconsultants to support timely and accurate deliverables. • Track project schedules, budgets, and progress against milestones; proactively identify risks or scope changes and escalate as appropriate. • Support preparation and submission of monthly invoicing and assist with financial tracking. • Maintain organized document control, including meeting minutes, action items, RFIs, submittals, and record drawings. • Review deliverables for completeness and conformance to project standards prior to submission. • Communicate schedule updates, risks, and scope clarifications clearly and promptly. • Mentor junior project engineers or support staff on project processes and documentation standards as appropriate.
