• Build and deploy tailored solutions by translating customer institutional knowledge and requirements into scalable, technology-enabled workflows and integrations. • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to test features, identify high-impact use cases, and contribute ideas for new product capabilities. Act as a translator between customer needs and technical execution. • Support customer-facing teams on calls and demos, educate users on product capabilities, validate use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive successful adoption. • Collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM teams to continuously improve the product and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience deploying solutions in customer-facing or consulting environments.
  • Strong user of AI tools, with a mindset of leveraging technology to scale impact.
  • Entrepreneurial by nature: a self-starter who builds, iterates, and takes initiative without waiting to be told; highly adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
