• Manage defined project scopes under the direction of a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and client expectations. • Coordinate internal discipline teams and external subconsultants to support timely and accurate deliverables. • Track project schedules, budgets, and progress against milestones; proactively identify risks or scope changes and escalate as appropriate. • Support preparation and submission of monthly invoicing and assist with financial tracking. • Maintain organized document control, including meeting minutes, action items, RFIs, submittals, and record drawings. • Review deliverables for completeness and conformance to project standards prior to submission. • Communicate schedule updates, risks, and scope clarifications clearly and promptly. • Mentor junior project engineers or support staff on project processes and documentation standards as appropriate.
Role Description The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed customer requirements. The Quality Engineer is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and processes.
