• Lead high-impact structural design work for utility-scale renewable energy and substation projects. • Create structural engineering plans, details, and calculations for renewable energy and substation projects. • Design concrete or steel foundations for project equipment to meet jurisdictional requirements at local, State and Federal levels for various geotechnical parameters and soil types. • Acquire and apply advanced knowledge of renewable energy system layouts and components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS). • Design a project, system, component, or process, and prepare project documentation. • Formulate and solve problems. • Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard procedures and criteria. • Develop a work plan for project tasks and discipline team members. • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes. • Support client interaction for multiple projects in a single portfolio. • Assign tasks to and direct discipline team members to complete assignments. • Provide mentoring for staff engineers. • Attend project meetings and present specific aspects of engineering assignments with high proficiency and confidence.

• Lead high-impact electrical design work for utility-scale PV Solar, Battery Storage (BESS), and substation projects. • Create electrical engineering plans, details, and calculations for renewable energy and substation projects. • Independently provide design drawings, including but not limited to one-line and three-line diagrams, electrical layouts, AC/DC schematics, AC/DC cable schedules, wiring diagrams, grounding, trenching, and conduit details. • Create equipment specifications for and apply knowledge of renewable energy systems including PV solar modules, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), transformers, cable management systems, and balance-of-system (BOS). • Design a project, system, component, or process, and prepare project documentation. • Formulate and solve problems. • Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard procedures and criteria. • Develop a work plan for project tasks and discipline team members. • Lead multiple projects and may act as Engineer of Record. • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes. • Support client interaction for multiple projects in a single portfolio. • Assign tasks to and direct discipline team members to complete assignments. • Provide mentoring for staff engineers. • Assist with proposals to provide professional services. • Attend project meetings and present specific aspects of engineering assignments with high proficiency and confidence. • Perform essential duties, including meeting deliverables and deadlines.

• Own overall engineering scope, schedule, and budget from project kickoff through closeout. • Prepare and review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans for external subconsultants. • Manage several complex projects simultaneously. • Coordinate and manage internal engineering discipline teams and external subconsultants to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. • Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve risks, scope changes, and schedule impacts. • Ensure overall project execution complies with client requirements, contractual obligations, and Revamp quality standards. • Review Revamp project deliverables for conformity to client expectations, quality assurance, and contractual compliance. • Prepare, track, and submit monthly project invoicing. • Apply standard project management procedures and criteria with independent judgment. • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects. • Lead and participate in project meetings with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors. • Present project status, risks, and key issues clearly and confidently to stakeholders. • Review client standards, best practices, and project-specific requirements and ensure alignment across teams. • Assist with proposal development, including scope definition, budgeting, and scheduling inputs. • Assign tasks to and direct engineering discipline team members to complete project assignments. • Plan and coordinate detailed aspects of engineering work in collaboration with technical leads. • Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced project and engineering staff. • Support a collaborative, accountable, and transparent project team environment.

• Lead the technical architecture of a new internal design platform, making foundational decisions on tech stack, data models, and system design in collaboration with an external architect consultant during the initial build phase. • Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of software engineering principles and practices to solve complex, non-standard technical challenges. • Design and build a desktop or web-based UI that allows engineers to configure designs. • Build tools that interface with AutoCAD. • Integrate terrain and topographic data from multiple formats (Civil 3D surfaces, LiDAR point clouds, GIS shapefiles/GeoTIFF) into the design workflow. • Collaborate closely with the product owner to translate documented design rules, setback constraints, and labeling conventions from spreadsheets into working software logic. • Establish and enforce development practices for the project, including version control workflows, testing strategy, CI/CD, and documentation; review work products for conformity and quality assurance. • Implement optimization algorithms and approaches to refine designs. • Review and finalize scopes, effort estimates, and delivery schedules for the platform and its component workstreams. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the internal product team and relevant stakeholders. • Assist upper-level management as a technical specialist and advisor on software platform strategy and build-vs-buy decisions. • Supervise, provide guidance to, and mentor any assigned developers or contractor contributors on the team. • Develop new techniques, improved processes, and reusable tooling to advance the platform's long-term architecture. • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.
