• Lead end-to-end execution of Best Buy Express marketing initiatives, including annual planning, campaign development, and stakeholder alignment • Manage brand partnerships, activations, sponsorships, and special projects • Develop marketing briefs and partner with creative, media, retail marketing, content, digital media, and external agencies to bring campaigns to life • Own project timelines, budgets, approvals, and campaign execution • Represent the Brand team in cross-functional meetings and working teams • Analyze campaign results, develop recommendations, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement • Support development of annual brand plans and go-to-market strategies • Act as a brand steward, ensuring work aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives

• Analyze our inventory and sales data and provide your analytical insights. • Partner with our vendors around the world and analyze vendor performance to make informed decisions with our buyers. • Review and adjust location replenishment parameters and allocate the right quantities to each store and online. • Perform purchase order creation, tracking and receipts flow management to meet company objectives. • Perform monthly inventory forecasting. • Develop and communicate customer availability mitigation strategies to support sales forecasts.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments to aging AR, reconcile outstanding AR, submit discrepancy adjustments, investigate aging AR over 30 days and log notes, and provide weekly aging AR status report to management • Create and submit invoices to clients daily, monitor accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and irregularities, communicate with account managers and customers to resolve overdue accounts, follow up on unpaid invoices past 30 days, resolve billing discrepancies and disputes, and issue refunds through credit card platform or cheque request • Send bi-weekly account balances report, send weekly at-risk reports, and complete month-end reporting for bad debt accrual calculations • Complete ad hoc requests, reports, and other duties as required
• Build and implement scalable automated quality assurance best practices • Test planning, documentation, and execution of functional and regression automated tests written in Java and/or Groovy • Actively participate in grooming/sprint planning sessions and work with product and development teams to define priorities, provide feedback concerning accuracy and testability • Setting up, maintaining, and performing test automation frameworks on multiple systems • Work with deployment teams to resolve issues and collaborate on product design • Researching test tools, methodologies, and trends to upgrade existing practices and processes • Work closely with the project team, product owners and other stakeholders to develop the automated test strategy and product test plan • Log bugs in JIRA with steps and details to help pinpoint developmental issues • Maintain automated test plans and update automated test scenarios and test cases based on requirements for system integration, functional, regression and performance testing
• Contribute to end-to-end omnichannel experiences by designing flows, interactions, and interfaces that connect digital and in-store touchpoints • Apply and contribute to design systems, patterns, and frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across customer journeys • Plan and conduct usability testing and small-scale research, translating insights into iterative improvements • Translate and contribute to user insights, product strategy, and business goals into clear problem statements and scalable design solutions • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences • Leverage modern design tools and AI capabilities to accelerate exploration, iteration, and communication of ideas • Contribute to shared design systems, documentation, and best practices to improve consistency across teams
• Deliver on the product vision and roadmap for Reverse Logistics. • Lead an agile, cross-functional delivery team to build scalable and reliable platforms that support reverse logistics and returns operations end-to-end. • Serve as the functional domain expert in reverse logistics, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals. • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to engage, influence, and build strong working relationships. • Contribute to the broader reverse-logistics modernization journey, unlocking value from new platforms and capabilities and supporting new initiatives. • Deliver on the product roadmap for the Mobile Phone Activations product. • Partner with engineering and delivery teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable and reliable experiences that support Mobile Phone Activations end-to-end. • Partner closely with operational stakeholders to understand pain points and translate business needs into well-defined product backlog items and actionable outcomes for delivery teams. • Serve as the functional domain expert in Mobile Phone Activations, connecting technical implementation with business context and operational goals. • Contribute to the end-to-end mobile activation evolution, unlocking value from integrated carrier, financing, and fulfillment capabilities while enabling new customer and associate-led activation experiences.
