Role Description The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed customer requirements. The Quality Engineer is also responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, procedures, and processes. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement quality assurance plans, standards, and procedures - Monitor and analyze product and performance data - Ensure that products meet customer requirements - Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action as necessary - Ensure that products conform to applicable standards - Develop and implement process control systems - Provide technical guidance and support to production and design departments - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback - Manage and coordinate quality assurance activities - Monitor supplier performance and ensure suppliers meet quality standards, including conducting supplier audits and assessing supplier quality systems - Develop and maintain metrics to monitor the performance of products and processes - Identify and analyze trends in customer satisfaction, quality, and performance - Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions - Establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers - Investigate and resolve quality issues - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards - Participate in continuous improvement projects Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree - 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality management Essential Functions - Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in compliance with relevant industry standards - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality specifications, procedures, and standards for products and processes - Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely and effective manner - Develop and implement quality improvement plans, including corrective and preventive actions, to address quality issues and to prevent their recurrence - Participate in design reviews, product development, and manufacturing processes to ensure that quality requirements are incorporated from the early stages of product development - Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations - Provide training and support to team members on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices - Ensure all safety regulations are followed and maintain compliance with company, local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines Competencies - Strong communication skills, both verbally and written - Team player mentality - Ability to make decisions - Ability to manage multiple projects at one time - Attention to detail Supervisory Responsibility This position could have the following positions reporting to it: Quality Analyst, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Technician. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager. Travel Travel will be moderate and would be primarily local during the business day. • Collaborate and work within a multi-disciplinary team to perform and lead technical work supporting energy efficiency programs. • Author measure packages, including program-specific cost-effectiveness calculators, and document assumptions, data sources, and citations. • Develop preliminary and final cost-effectiveness analyses using utility cost test and total resource cost test methodologies. • Lead development of calculation tools and workpapers for new measures and approaches for delivery to clients and evaluators. • Update measures for changes in baseline performance, measure costs, savings, mandatory standards, and energy code revisions. • Become a recognized subject matter expert in at least one engineering technology relevant to the midstream program (e.g., commercial lighting, HVAC & controls, refrigeration, compressed air, agriculture). • Provide QA/QC of engineering work products and review colleagues’ technical work, communicating feedback in a timely manner. • Review filings, utility commission documents, and evaluator documents for technical accuracy and sound engineering practices; communicate findings and recommendations to engineering and program partners. • Support program and market intelligence analytics, including forecasting cost-effectiveness ratios and maintaining planning assumptions in program tools. • Coordinate with evaluation staff on research projects, pilots, and evaluation plans related to midstream measures. • Prioritize safety in all actions and tasks.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). • Build reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services. • Develop and customize solutions using AEM Sites, AEM Forms, AEM Assets, Content Fragments, and Experience Fragments. • Design and implement Adaptive Forms, Form Data Models (FDM), Document Generation, and Interactive Communications. • Develop workflows and document processing capabilities within AEM Forms. • Integrate AEM with enterprise applications through REST/SOAP APIs, databases, Salesforce, SAP, and other third-party systems. • Develop and maintain OSGi services, Sling Models, Servlets, and REST APIs. • Collaborate with architects, UI/UX designers, business analysts, QA teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle. • Participate in solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Ensure solutions follow Adobe best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability. • Support deployments, production issue resolution, and technical documentation. • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
