Senior Technical Account Manager
UiPath
• Take ownership of customers' technical success with the UiPath Platform, being accountable for technical workstreams that drive exceptional business value. • Proactively engage with customers, providing embedded technical advisory to mature their automation programs and expand their vision of achievable goals. • Guide UiPath Platform infrastructure planning, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes. • Enable customer technical stakeholders on UiPath Platform best practices, tailored to their unique automation needs and constraints. • Conduct design and code reviews for select automations to reinforce and verify best practices. • Perform technical health checks of customer automation programs, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Collaborate with UiPath Product Support and subject matter experts to resolve escalated support incidents efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programming .NET / Java applications, with 2+ years of cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record in customer-facing technical account management or consulting roles
- Expertise in diverse technical topics, including software engineering, deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering
- Experience working with agentic frameworks like Langgraph, CrewAi or familiarity with LLMs, Intelligent Document Processing, RAG and MCP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to customer success
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence. Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams. Contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform. • Develop trusted advisor relationships and establish a regular cadence with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction. • Help customers develop Success Plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives. Measure customers’ achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally. • Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently. • Advocate for customer needs across various departments (product management, support, etc). Offer insights regarding the availability of new features in Wiz. Program manage account escalations effectively. • Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals. • Support short high-impact Terminal engagements and augment the broader TAM function for enterprise in-person commerce customers. • Run focused technical engagements for assigned Terminal customers — pilots, rollouts, SDK/hardware onboarding, and targeted troubleshooting. • Serve as a technical augment to TAMs and Account teams: provide hands-on integration help, gap assessments, and targeted runbooks during the engagement window. • Guide customers through reader provisioning, pairing, SDK integration patterns (mobile/web), and cloud API usage relevant to the engagement scope. • Diagnose and resolve in-person payment issues that arise during pilots or rollouts (connectivity, pairing, contactless/EMV edge cases, reconciliation signals), escalating appropriately. • Produce concise, customer-facing artifacts (integration checklists, short runbooks, sample snippets) tailored to the engagement outcome. • Work with Support, Operations, and Product to surface recurring issues discovered during short engagements and contribute to improvements in documentation, onboarding flows, and troubleshooting playbooks. • Lead technical calls, demo sessions, and occasional on-site work as needed for short-term deployments. • Hand off longer-term operational or product requests to the owning TAM or Account team, and ensure the customer has a clear next-step plan.
