• Build and own frameworks, tooling, and CI/CD infrastructure for Alpaca’s engineers. • Write Go, design automated test frameworks, and work with application code and Kubernetes. • Redefine how AI is used to enhance quality and automate testing coverage. • Design and build automated test frameworks across REST and gRPC API. • Accelerate test generation using AI and LLM-based tooling. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Google Cloud Build. • Conduct load, stress, and scalability tests to ensure platform demand handling. • Introduce chaos engineering practices for resilience experiments. • Standardize tooling and infrastructure for improved developer experience. • Collaborate with teams to raise test coverage, reliability, and speed. • Mentor product engineers to promote a culture of quality and improvement.

• Own end-to-end test coverage across the system: order matching, settlement, margin and liquidation, deposits and withdrawals, the API surface and the frontend • Define the test strategy for every new product and feature before it ships: spot, perps and event contracts • Build automated test infrastructure, using AI to multiply your reach: generated test cases, agent-driven exploratory testing and LLM-assisted triage • Drive edge-case testing: partial fills, reorg and oracle-deviation scenarios, liquidation cascades and the agent-driven attack surface (we run a live red-team scope for DoS and exploitation on testnet) • Communicate effectively and proactively with other parts of the organisation and drive discussions between different projects. • Coach and train the Estimate Review Specialists, Billing Dispute Coordinators, Administrative Assistants through departmental scorecards and training initiatives. • Evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and carrier compliance of the estimates reviewed by the estimate review staff. • Develop and maintain scorecards. • Collaborate with account managers on carrier-specific guidelines. • Serve as the go-to mentor for new hires entering the review team. • Conduct structured audits of review staff, evaluating accuracy and carrier-guideline adherence across estimate reviews. • Identify patterns in review errors and recommend process improvements, training topics, or guideline updates. • Track performance trends and provide surface findings to leadership. • Provide guidance to audit leadership on Quality Assurance Department employee performance appraisals. • Liaise between audit leadership and the Estimate Review Specialists, Administrative Assistants, Billing Dispute Coordinators and Quality Assurance Coordinators quality of work. • Partner with account managers to align review workflows with current insurance carrier requirements and guidelines. • Serve as a dedicated mentor and trainer for new-hire review staff; build onboarding materials and provide ongoing coaching opportunities to leadership. • Handle XactAnalysis setups for SERVPRO HQ staff. • Assume additional responsibilities, as assigned.
