Role Description We are looking for an experienced Mid Level Interaction Designer with strong GDS experience to join the multidisciplinary team on one of our most visible programmes. This is a 3 Month Contract role, with a chance of extension, designed for someone who enjoys working in complex, high social impact delivery environments. The role is remote. We are ideally looking for someone who can start 6th July 2026. You’ll be delivering Interaction Design across a substantial GDS project, working closely with multidisciplinary teams on problems that are often complex, sensitive and fast‑moving. • Delivering Interaction Design across a substantial GDS project • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams on complex, sensitive and fast‑moving problems

• Individual will be responsible for Invoice Processing-Accounts payable, Vendor Helpdesk and Query resolution • Ensure timely processing of invoices ensuring the invoices are processed correctly and error free taking into account the terms and conditions of contracts • Exercise control on open GRIR, open advances report, critical vendor report • Ensure that the Employees’ and Vendor’s ledger is operated accurately, efficiently and to agreed timescale and ensure that the Employees and Vendors are paid accurately and on time • Accounts Payable Vendor helpdesk knowledge- Handling Query Management • Verify payable information in the system & highlight any data discrepancy • Responsible for documenting bounced and fraudulent payments and notifying the proper authorities as and when such documents are created • Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner • Managing escalations from vendors including periodical reconciliation of Statement of Accounts • Assist on month end closing end to end • Create data trackers for supporting monitoring activities • Ensuring the SLA on timeline for processing AP Invoices is met • Publish Monthly/ weekly reports of the BU that is supported • Vendor Analysis & GR/IR Analysis Monthly AP Ageing • Knowledge to ensure debit balance are timely taken care • Timely reversal and rectification to be taken care • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function • Transition of new activities, build effective SOPs & train team • Ensure work with business stakeholders to close the AP on time and accurate • Understanding on the different types of invoice processing and clearing blocks of AP books

• Define and maintain product strategy aligned to pillar and organisational objectives • Develop, own, and communicate the product roadmap and other standard collateral to ensure all customer facing teams deliver consistent and accurate messaging, effectively communicating our value propositions in language that resonates with customers. • Ensure alignment between customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities • Contribute to wider portfolio strategy and planning • Translate strategy into well-defined and commercially sound product backlogs and requirements • Ensure that products maximise revenue opportunities in terms of modularity – ensuring we can deploy at a range of price points and up-sell additional capabilities over time • Developing marketing strategies in collaboration with the Public Safety marketing team • Working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions • Prioritise features and enhancements based on value, risk, and opportunity • Track delivery progress and ensure alignment to agreed milestones • Support successful product launches and releases • Proactively manage the Product Lifecycle, communicating it regularly to the company and customers • Understand technology and keep abreast with the latest technology • Research competitors, relevant products, market trends and regularly update the product strategy to meet the best commercial outcome • Engage regularly with customers to understand needs, challenges, and behaviours • Gather and analyse feedback of usage data and market trends • Translate insights into product improvements and innovation opportunities • Identify and develop product enhancement opportunities to grow your product revenues • Explore and incorporate emerging technologies (including AI where relevant)

• The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and selling products and solutions into the Safety sector. • This will include developing relationships with customer and internal product managers as appropriate. • Ensure that all sales processes are adhered to and will use CRM to manage opportunities and maintain the required level of pipeline. • The accurate forecasting and closing of business to forecast date is an extremely important aspect of the role. • They will be given a target which he/she will expect to achieve. • Attend and participate in both internal and external meetings as directed. • Ensure that at all times a satisfactory pipeline of future opportunity is maintained. • Seek to provide new ideas to enhance the effectiveness of sales performance in NEC Safety , including any new product/service ideas.

Title: Senior Interaction Designer - NPPV3 and UK SC Location: Remote, United Kingdom, United Kingdom Employees can work remotely Full-time Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Interaction Designer with strong GDS Beta delivery experience to work with our multidisciplinary project team on the design of one of our most critical and visible programmes. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract role (with a potential extension to perm), designed for someone who enjoys leading at pace in complex delivery environments. In this role, you will be working on Interaction Design at a Beta Stage, acting as a trusted point of contact for the client, and working with the wider team through a GDS Beta Assessment. You’ll be empowered to make informed design decisions, influence outcomes, and shape the design decisions to support successful delivery. You will be working closely with multidisciplinary teams on problems that are often complex, sensitive and fast‑moving. Autonomy, sound judgement, relationship management and negotiation skills will be key. The role can be remote or hybrid, depending on location. Due to the nature of the programme, eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3 is essential. A significant part of the role will involve supporting the programme through a GDS Beta Assessment — making the right calls at the right time, clearly articulating design insights, and having confident, informed conversations with senior stakeholders and the wider UCD team to ensure the work meets the required standards.
