As our Billing Systems Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the technology behind our quote-to-cash process is accurate, scalable, and seamless. Sitting at the intersection of Salesforce, Zuora, Finance, and Sales, you'll own and optimize the systems that power our SaaS subscription business—from pricing and quoting to invoicing, renewals, and revenue operations. If you're energized by solving complex business challenges, improving processes through automation, and serving as the go-to expert for billing systems, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-growth, collaborative environment. - Own and optimize Zuora Billing, including product catalog management, pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and payment processes. - Manage and troubleshoot the Salesforce–Zuora integration to ensure accurate data flow across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. - Improve billing operations through automation, process enhancements, and data quality initiatives that reduce manual effort. - Partner closely with Finance to support billing accuracy, revenue recognition, forecasting, and month-end activities. - Serve as the billing systems expert, resolving complex issues and collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance teams. - Analyze billing data, monitor system performance, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement. Qualifications - Hands-on Zuora Billing experience — product catalog management, SKU configuration, workflow automation, subscription amendments, and reporting. - Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally with exposure to the Zuora for Salesforce connector or CPQ. - Strong grasp of SaaS subscription billing concepts — ARR, MRR, proration, amendments, and co-terming. - Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and where the handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Systems live. - Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency. - Comfort working across business and technical stakeholders — you can talk to a CFO and a Salesforce admin in the same afternoon.
