• Identify, develop, and close net-new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations. • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting, partner relationships, referrals, and outbound activity. • Develop relationships with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical decision-makers. • Lead customers through complex sales cycles from initial discovery through contract execution. • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity progression within CRM. • Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and technology initiatives. • Translate technical platform capabilities into meaningful business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build compelling business cases that demonstrate operational efficiency, cost savings, security improvements, and business value. • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver solution demonstrations and technical validation. • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas. • Identify opportunities for strategic expansion through partner relationships and customer referrals. • Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions while balancing customer needs and company objectives. • Develop territory and account strategies that maximize pipeline quality and long-term revenue growth. • Partner closely with Marketing to leverage campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure a seamless customer experience. • Share customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to help shape future product direction. • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven history of exceeding quota.
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud infrastructure, managed services, cybersecurity, or enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated success developing new business through prospecting and relationship building.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience navigating complex buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Technical curiosity with the ability to quickly understand cloud-based technologies and articulate business value.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
