• Own the growth and success of your assigned sales territory. • Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, educators, and key customers. • Grow revenue by expanding existing business and developing new opportunities. • Deliver product training, demonstrations, and sales support that drive customer engagement and demand. • Develop territory plans, identify market opportunities, and execute strategies to grow market share. • Manage your sales pipeline, customer activity, and territory performance using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience managing and growing a sales territory through distribution channels.
- Experience in the HVACR industry or a closely related industry that sells through the same distributor network, such as professional tools, test & measurement, electrical, plumbing, industrial, or building products.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience delivering product training, demonstrations, or sales presentations to customers or distributor partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage a territory with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
