Account Executive

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating and closing US-based business accounts • Build and manage a healthy pipeline across corporate wellness, hotels & concierge, events, and aged care partners • Run discovery calls and product demos tailored to each prospect's needs • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets • Grow and retain accounts by identifying upsell and repeat-booking opportunities • Keep your CRM accurate and up to date, with clean pipeline and forecasting data • Work closely with the Customer Experience and Operations teams to ensure a smooth handover and a great client experience • Share market feedback to help shape our US go-to-market approach
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a sales, business development or account management role, ideally B2B
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a confident, consultative phone/video presence
- Comfortable owning targets and driven by hitting them
- Strong discovery and objection-handling skills — you listen first, then solve
- Organised and disciplined with pipeline and follow-up
- Willing and able to work the US night shift from Nepal
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for WFH days
- Nice to have: Experience selling into the international market or working with international companies; Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or similar); Background in wellness, hospitality, events or marketplace/tech; Experience with both inbound and outbound sales motions.
